I bring 20+ years in customer experience and operations, with hands-on experience in automation, connected systems, business change and training.
I’ve worked on the practical side of making technology useful: improving everyday processes, bringing systems together and helping people feel confident using new tools.
The part I enjoy most is talking with people, understanding what they’re trying to achieve and turning that into something that works for them.
